'EXP' is short for "experience" or "experience points", a common mechanic in video games where you play as a character that can level up.
You are a real character, you know? You probably have some things you'd like to get done. Well, here is a place where you can organize those thoughts. Each time you complete a task you'll get some EXP, and you might even level up!

That is up to you. I suggest treating yourself to something fun each time! You deserve it!
